Charmity is a marketplace for pre-loved fashion in Dubai. List from your wardrobe and we collect from your door; payment stays protected until the piece is truly in its new hands. Designer items can be independently authenticated.

How it works

No post office. No promises taken on trust.

Selling

  1. List it
    A few photographs, an honest condition, your price. Every listing is looked over before it goes live.
  2. Sold? Confirm it
    Confirm the piece is still available within the stated time — or the order quietly cancels and the buyer is refunded. No one is left waiting on silence.
  3. We collect from your door
    Book a collection and a courier picks the parcel up at home. You never queue to ship anything.
  4. You are paid
    Once the buyer's short inspection window passes, the money is released to you — the app shows exactly when it lands.

Buying

  1. Find the piece
    A considered selection, each condition stated plainly — excellent means excellent.
  2. Pay, protected
    Your payment is held safely by our payment partner. The seller is paid only after the piece reaches you — never on a promise.
  3. Delivered to you
    Collected from the seller, brought to your door, tracked in the app the whole way.
  4. Look it over
    A short window to make sure it is as described. All fine? It completes on its own. A problem? Report it and we step in.

The designer lane

Luxury changes hands here with its papers in order.

A designer piece should not be bought on trust alone. Items that qualify go through an assisted screening when they are listed and, where it matters, independent authentication — before the sale completes, not after.

  • Screening happens at listing time, so doubtful pieces never reach the shelf.
  • Independent authenticators examine what qualifies — Charmity is not the judge of its own inventory.
  • A suspected counterfeit is always grounds for a dispute, and a failed check unwinds the sale with a full refund.
